Terms of Service
The short version
Trophic (the cheat) is provided "as is" for educational and testing purposes. The buyer accepts full responsibility for how it is used. No warranty. Chargebacks, abuse, or key sharing get you permanently banned. One key = one HWID = one account. Disputes go through Discord first, then binding arbitration under Romanian law.
1. Acceptance
By purchasing, downloading, or using Trophic (the "cheat" or the "Software"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the cheat and request a refund within the window described in our Refund Policy.
2. Nature of the Cheat
Trophic is provided as-is, for educational and testing purposes only. The buyer accepts full responsibility for how the cheat is used. Trophic does not endorse, encourage, or instruct any specific use case, and does not guarantee any particular result on any platform.
3. No Warranty
The cheat is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use of the cheat is at your own risk.
4. Third-Party Platforms & Compliance
You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service, rules, and applicable laws of any game, server, or platform on which you choose to run the cheat. Trophic is not liable for any consequence resulting from your use on any third-party service, including but not limited to account bans, suspensions, data loss, or legal action.
5. License Grant
- Your license to use the cheat is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, share, or give it to anyone else.
- One HWID per account. The cheat binds to your hardware fingerprint at first use. Attempting to move the license between machines beyond normal support resets, or using multi-HWID evasion techniques, forfeits the license without refund.
- License duration begins at activation and runs continuously until it expires.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Reverse-engineering, cracking, redistributing, or publicly leaking the cheat or any part of it.
- Sharing your account, license key, or Discord support access with third parties.
- Automating purchases, exploiting promotional codes, or defrauding the payment system.
- Harassing staff or other users in our Discord support channels.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and revoke any active license, without refund, if you:
- Issue a chargeback or reverse a payment (chargebacks result in a permanent ban across all of our services).
- Share, resell, or leak your license or the cheat.
- Attempt to abuse the multi-HWID or license-reset systems.
- Violate any other section of these Terms.
8. Pricing & Feature Changes
Prices, plans, features, and included services may change at any time without prior notice. Changes do not affect the remaining time on a license already purchased.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trophic and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or reputation, arising from or related to your use of the cheat. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the current license period.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute must first be raised with our support team on Discord. Most issues are resolved this way in under 24 hours. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be settled by binding arbitration under the laws of Romania, in the Romanian language, with the seat of arbitration in Cluj-Napoca.
11. Contact
All legal notices, refund requests, and support inquiries must be sent through our official Discord server. We do not process legal notices by email or postal mail.
