Refund Policy
The short version
24-hour refund window, only if the cheat genuinely does not install, launch, or authenticate on your system after honest troubleshooting on Discord. A working cheat you decided not to use, and bans on other people's game servers, are not refundable. Chargebacks result in a permanent ban.
1. Refund Window
You cannot request a refund even after the 24-hour window has passed without a valid reason.
2. When a valid reason applies
We refund when Trophic (the cheat) genuinely fails to work on your system. Specifically:
- The cheat will not install after a clean-install pass and standard troubleshooting steps.
- The cheat installs but will not launch, and reasonable troubleshooting on Discord with our support team does not resolve it.
- The cheat launches but cannot authenticate your key through no fault of the account (bad credentials, expired subscription, or self-caused HWID mismatch are not refundable failures).
Reasonable troubleshooting means giving our Discord support at least one back-and-forth to try to fix the issue before the request is accepted.
Refundable
- Cheat will not install after troubleshooting
- Cheat will not launch after troubleshooting
- Key cannot authenticate due to a server-side issue we cannot fix within 24h
Not Refundable
- A working cheat you chose not to use
- Bans, kicks, or suspensions on any external game server or platform
- User-caused HWID mismatches from hardware changes or reinstalls beyond normal support resets
- Requests filed after the 24-hour window
- Any purchase where a chargeback has been initiated (chargeback = permanent account ban across all our services)
3. How to Request a Refund
- Open a Discord Ticket on our official Discord server within 24 hours of purchase.
- Include your license key (format
TRPH-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX) and the email on the account. - Describe the failure clearly: what you tried, what happened, screenshots or logs if you have them.
- Give support at least one round of troubleshooting. If the issue cannot be resolved, the refund is approved.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3 to 7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us for a refund results in an immediate and permanent ban across every Trophic service, and forfeits any active license without further compensation. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please open a support ticket on Discord first — the vast majority of refund cases are resolved directly, faster than a chargeback would settle.

All refund requests must be filed through our official Discord server. We do not process refund requests by email or on any other platform.
